1. The short version
This site has no account, no login, no form and no shopping basket. It cannot take your money because it never handles a transaction. The only personal thing we ever hold is an email you chose to send us.
2. Who operates this page
memohive.us is published by [SITE OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [SITE OPERATOR MAILING ADDRESS]. We write about MemoHive and comparable memory and focus supplements. We are not the manufacturer, distributor or seller — that is the manufacturer named on the carton you receive — and we do not process orders, take payment, hold stock or ship anything.
Where your details actually go. Clicking any order button on this site sends you to the seller's own checkout on a different domain. Your name, delivery address and card details are entered there, collected by them and governed by their privacy policy. We never see a card number, and no page on this domain will ever ask you for one.
3. What arrives automatically
Our host and our analytics record the ordinary technical trail every website produces:
- the IP address a request came from, and the region it suggests
- browser, operating system and whether you are on a phone or a desktop
- which pages were opened, in what order, and for how long
- whether an outbound order link was clicked
We read this in aggregate to find out which pages people actually finish and which ones are broken on a small screen. It is traffic data; it does not tell us your name.
4. What we deliberately do not collect
No names, no postal addresses, no telephone numbers, no card details, no date of birth and nothing about your health. There is nowhere on this site to enter any of it.
5. If you write to us about a health matter
Please do not. We are publishers, not clinicians; we cannot advise on a condition or a medication, and holding that kind of message serves nobody. If one arrives, our reply will be to speak to your own doctor or pharmacist, and the message is deleted once answered.
6. Cookies, and the two parties who set them
An affiliate network sets a cookie at the moment you click through to the merchant so that a purchase can be credited to this site. An analytics provider may set one to count a visit. Blocking both changes nothing about how this site reads or behaves.
7. Your rights over all of this
Depending where you live you may be entitled to ask what is held about you, to have it erased, to object to how it is processed, or to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information with anyone. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will answer inside thirty days.
8. Under-18s
Nothing here is aimed at children and we do not knowingly hold information from one. The MemoHive carton states the product is not for anyone under 18.
9. Keeping and securing what little there is
Email correspondence is kept while the thread is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics are retained in summary form. The site is served over HTTPS. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise.
10. Revisions
This policy is updated when the site or the law changes; the revision date at the top of the page is the version marker.
